THE heartbroken family of a young Rosneath man are coming to terms with his tragic death this week.

Michael Doyle, aged 20, was found dead in Arrochar on Sunday morning.

Police say there are no suspicious circumstances.

Michael's sister Gemma said his close-knit family were at a loss to explain his untimely death.

`Michael was a very happy guy,` she said. `He always had a smile on his face and time for a chat.

`His nickname was Quality, because you used to ask him how he was or how he'd got on at something and he'd always say 'quality'.`

Gemma, aged 23, added: `He was one of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. Always having a laugh and a joke.`

Gemma said her brother's web page on the bebo.com website had received more than 1,500 visits from Michael's internet pals since his death.

Michael's aunt Jennifer Cameron added: `He was a happy go lucky kind of person. He loved football and girls, and he loved his job.

`He had time for everyone and nothing was ever too much trouble.

`This as come as a huge shock to us all. He was the last person you would think could do something like this.

`He had so many friends and he loved his family.`

Michael, in the third year of an apprenticeship with Kilcreggan builder Thomas Ferguson and Son, had watched his beloved Celtic beat Rangers on Saturday before heading to Arrochar on Saturday evening.

Jennifer said: `He phoned me up after the match because I'm a Rangers fan. He was just his usual self, laughing and joking. I had no idea that anything was wrong.

`Janice [Michael's mother] and the whole family are touched by all the support we've received from everyone since Sunday. We are really thankful.`
