Congratulations to everyone involved in the event to mark the switch-on of Helensburgh’s Christmas lights.
Helensburgh was alive with people on Sunday afternoon enjoying the fun and festivities organised by Helensburgh Retailers’ Association and Toni and Louise from “Let’s Party” in conjunction with Argyll and Bute Council.
It was good to welcome Santa to Helensburgh and to see so many families enjoying the fun and festivities in their own town.
Everyone I spoke to on the day was most appreciative of the efforts of the team that had put this excellent event together in a short period of time and I am sure they would wish to join me in thanking them for their drive and enthusiasm and wish them all the best for next year. Well done.
