A MUSIC event to raise money for Helensburgh and Lomond Foodbank has had the lineup confirmed.
Clydeside Live 2017 is being organised and run by Clydeside Promotions, a company set up by a Helensburgh student.
Martin Gharib is currently on a music business course at college and part of the course was to run their own project.
Martin chose to be a promoter and set up Clydeside Records, releasing music for artists and bands as well as putting on gigs for them.
Martin approached the Helensburgh and Lomond Foodbank and asked them if he could run the charity gig for them
He said: "I am a big fan of the idea of foodbanks and since it was a local one I chose it, I wanted to help."
Confirmed to play at the gig in February are Frantic, Kimberley Allen, The Drop and Megan Gall.
Martin is hopeful of raising around £400 and is encouraging people along for a night of entertainment and to help a local cause.
The gig will take place in the Commodore on February 18, 2017, with doors opening at 7pm and the gig starting at 7.30pm.
Tickets can be purchased in advance on Event Bright for £5 or on the door for £6.
