Dog owners in Helensburgh are being invited to take their four-legged friends to a free event in the Duchess Wood on Sunday, March 25 from 1-4pm.
Organised by the Friends of Duchess Wood, Argyll and Bute Council and the Argyll and Bute Third Sector Interface, the event – which is completely free – will feature training sessions, a taster in ‘cani-cross’ (exercise for dogs and owners at the same time), and time for some fun too.
The Ministry of Defence dog team and the Scottish SPCA will also be present, along with the Dogs Trust, who will be offering free microchipping at the event.
Times as follows:
Training sessions - 1-2pm and 3-4pm
Cani-cross taster sessions - 2-3pm
Fun time - 2-3pm
