ARGYLL and Bute Council has been asked to renew planning permission to build a dwelling house on a site in Helensburgh.

The application, by Mr Colin Finnie, is for an area of land adjacent to 21 Victoria Road.

Consent was granted for the development in 2006, and renewed in 2012, but the latter permission expired in October 2015.
