PLANNING permission has been granted for the erection of a summer house and garden shed at a property in Rhu.
The proposed works are to be carried out at the house at 2 Torwoodhill, owned by Mrs Gillian Paterson.
Permission has also been granted for the following development projects in the Helensburgh and Lomond area:
Erection of extension and detached garage at 9 Kenilworth Avenue;
Removal of north gable chimney head at 1-11 Larchfield, Colquhoun Street;
Re-slate roof and dormer window walls, and resurface dormer roofs with dark grey single ply membrane, at 1-6 Rhu House, Main Road, Rhu;
Erection of extension at Birchbrae, Garelochhead.
In addition, Argyll and Bute Council officials had also granted listed building consent for external alterations and the erection of an extension at the Old Toll House, 137 Sinclair Street, Helensburgh.
