A DRIVER has been accused of failing to report an alleged accident.
Last Wednesday at Alloa's Justice of the Peace Court, Kenneth McDade maintained his plea of not guilty to driving without due care or attention along Millers Lade Avenue in Sauchie on May 28 last year.
The 38-year-old is alleged to have collided with a stationary car, causing damage, and thereafter failed to stop to give his details or report the incident to the police.
At Stirling Police Station on May 30, 2016, McDade is also accused of failing to disclose the identity of the driver of his vehicle at the time of the alleged offence.
McDade, of Diverswell in Sauchie, has lodged a special defence of alibi and will stand trial on April 26.
