A MAN who lost his rag with his wife has been given extra time to attend a court-ordered appointment.
Last Thursday, Thomas Morrison was due to be sentenced for repeatedly shouting and swearing at his partner at an address in Alva's Greenhead on September 12 last year.
The 38-year-old also pleaded guilty to forcefully closing and damaging a door, as well as acting in an aggressive manner whilst in possession of a knife during the same incident.
However, Morrison, of Stirling Street in Alva, was unable to be punished at Alloa Sheriff Court as he had failed to turn up to his Criminal Justice Social Work report appointment.
Sheriff David Mackie adjourned the case until May 11 for the completion of the required paperwork.
