HELENSBURGH Community Council are looking for people to get involved with their next beach clean at the weekend.
The April beach clean was organised following the success of the event in March. Litter is an issue that many people care passionately about and organisers are hopeful that all ages will once again turn up and help to get the beach looking beautiful again.
Anyone interested in taking part in the beach clean on Saturday is asked to meet at Helensburgh Pier near the Skate Park at 10am.
Volunteers are advised to wear sensible shoes.
Argyll and Bute Council will provide bin sacks and will be responsible for collecting the bags.
Children are welcome but must be supervised by a responsible adult.
