A MAN who threatened his partner at a house in Helensburgh has been making good progress with a community-based sentence, a court has heard.
Aaron McDonald, 27, of Laggary Road, Rhu, pled guilty at Dumbarton Sheriff Court to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner which was likely to cause people alarm.
He was shouting and swearing and acting in an aggressive manner in the presence of his partner. The offence happened on April 5, 2017, at a house in Baird Avenue.
At the time of the offence he was on bail from Dumbarton Sheriff Court, an order imposed on him on June 7, 2016.
At Dumbarton Sheriff Court on August 4, Sheriff William Gallacher said he was pleased with the progress McDonald had been making since the order was imposed previously and allowed the CPO to continue with no further return visits to court for a review.
