THE new session of rehearsals for Helensburgh's Dorian Choir begins this coming week – with a new conductor in charge.
Welsh soprano Sian Winstanley is a graduate of the Royal Welsh College of Music and has sung with many leading orchestras and opera companies as well as appearing with Scottish Opera.
The choir meets on Tuesday evenings at the United Reformed Church Hall at 7.15pm, with the first rehearsal of the new session taking place this Tuesday, August 22.
