A HELENSBURGH pharmacy has been given the green light to build an extension to the rear of its town centre property.
Argyll and Bute Council planning officials have approved an application by the owners of Gordon's Chemist for the premises at 52 Sinclair Street.
The only substantive condition attached to the approval of planning permission states that the external materials used on the extension “shall match the parent building to which it relates”.
The extension will be contained within the existing yard at the rear of the property, which faces on to the car park adjacent to the neighbouring Co-operative Food supermarket.
