A MAN has been accused of sexually assaulting an employee of a caravan park.
Neil Robinson, who did not appear personally when the case called at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on October 17, pleaded not guilty to the offence through his solicitor Tom Brown.
It is alleged that Robinson, 51, of Rosneath Castle, Rosneath, seized a female employee on the buttocks.
The attack was said to have taken place on June 11, this year, at Rosneath Caravan Park.
Sheriff Simon Pender set an intermediate diet for December 18 and a trial on January 18.
Robinson was ordained to appear on both dates.
