HELENSBURGH'S RNLI lifeboat was called out after a catamaran with one person on board lost all engine power in the Firth of Clyde.
The vessel's owner called for assistance shortly before 2pm on October 25, reporting that he had lost power and was drifting close to the shoreline off Cloch Point near Gourock.
The lifeboat crew towed the vessel into Kip Marina in Inverkip; the lifeboat was back on station and ready for service once more at 3.50pm.
