A KIND-HEARTED Helensburgh teenager's donation day for the Helensburgh and Lomond Foodbank takes place in the town this weekend.
Morgan Baller, 18, who works with Helensburgh and Lomond Carers SCIO, has organised for the donation day to take place in Colquhoun Square on Saturday, November 11 from 10am until 3pm.
The teenager is following in the footsteps of her sister Kirsten Murray, who held a similar event in 2014.
Morgan said: "The whole aim of the day is to collect more food for the food bank, but also to raise awareness that people do need the food bank and it is an asset to Helensburgh.”
People can stop by, make a donation and also receive information about the work of Helensburgh and Lomond Carers SCIO, who are supporting Morgan with the event.
