ARGYLL and Bute TSI is preparing to host their Be Aware, Prepare, It's Winter event.
They are inviting anyone over the age of 65 or anyone who cares for an older person to join them on Friday, December 1 in Helensburgh Parish Church from 1.30-3.30pm.
The event aims to show people what is available to make life a little easier over the winter months.
Exhibitors on the day include Grey Matters, Argyll and Bute TSI, Helensburgh and Lomond Carers, 1000 Voices, Scottish Fire and Rescue, Police Scotland, Age Scotland, Helensburgh Community Council, NHS Highland, Scottish War Blinded, Technology Enabled Care, Alzheimer Scotland, Falls Prevention Advice, Heartstart, Macmillan Cancer Support, Choices - Self Directed Support, Local Vocals, Knitting Bee, Royal Bank of Scotland, Helensburgh Lunch Club and many more.
The craft club will also attend to sell their handmade Christmas cards and gifts. There will also be home baking, hot drinks and a Christmas tombola.
