ARGYLL and Bute Council’s Helensburgh and Lomond area committee will hold its first meeting of the new year in Helensburgh this week.
The area’s ten councillors will gather at the Helensburgh and Lomond Civic Centre at 9.30am on Thursday, March 22.
The agenda for this Thursday’s meeting includes an update on the town's £18 million waterfront regeneration project, the latest on plans for a public vote on the council's 'supporting communities fund', and an update on the work taking place in Hermitage Park.
Also on the agenda is a public question time, giving local residents the chance to ask questions of their elected councillors and authority officials.
