The incident happened on East King Street
A number of men have been involved in an alleged disturbance on James Street at 1.40am on April 29.
Police enquiries identified two men aged 23 and 19 and they were arrested and charged.
The 23-year-old was charged with a breach of the peace, assault and resisting arrest and the 19-year-old was charged with obstructing police officers in the execution of their duties.
