THE famous paddle steamer Waverley is back in steam on the Clyde this weekend.
The much-loved ship sails from Helensburgh to Dunoon, Rothesay and through the Kyles of Bute to Tighnabruaich on Saturday, May 26.
And there’s another chance to sail ‘doon the watter’ to Dunoon and Rothesay, this time from Kilcreggan, on Monday, May 28.
Andy O’Brian, Waverley’s captain, said: “Every passenger who comes aboard helps this beautiful ship continue to sail.”
Saturday’s cruise leaves Helensburgh at 12.15pm, while on Monday the Waverley departs Kilcreggan at 11.55am.
