Police have closed off one side of the A82 south of the Stoneymollan Roundabout.
The southbound carriageway of the road was closed at about 9.55am after a Land Rover towing a trailer was overturned on the dual carriageway.
Emergency services are on the scene.
Traffic Scotland advised that all lanes will be closed southbound for at least 30 minutes.
