Kind-hearted members of Helensburgh Golf Club Ladies section recently handed over a cheque for £480 to Guide Dogs Scotland.
The substantial sum was presented to Catriona Macauley from the charity, who arrived to receive the donation with her 17th trainee Guide Dog ‘Nana’.
The money was raised following fundraising by former Lady Captains Zena Park and Doreen Sneddon.
It was generated by a raffle during the club's Ladies Open Tri-Am competition, which attracted entries from 114 ladies, representing 22 golf clubs.
