Kelly Traynor was given the warning after breaching her community payback order. Traynor, who is just weeks away from giving birth, admitted missing a meeting with the social work department for the preparation of a report.
The 26-year-old was due to meet with officers from the department on August 7 but failed to appear. Dumbarton Sheriff Court heard last Tuesday that this was down to her spending time with her other two children.
Traynor, of West King Street in the town, previously admitted three separate charges of theft in Helensburgh in 2013.
Last week, Sheriff Colin McKay told her: “You must cooperate in the making of the report. It will become very difficult for the court to deal with it any other way than locking you up to get the report.” Sentence was further deferred on the matter until September 9.
