The incident took place at about 6.40pm on October 29, and although the youngster was taken to hospital, she was later released.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: "At about 6.40pm on October 29 an 11-year-old girl was knocked down by a car near to the shops in Rosneath.
"Both police and paramedics were called to and attended at the scene. As a precautionary measure she was taken to hospital for x-rays and kept in overnight for observations and then released with no concerns.
"There was no blame attributed to the driver of the car."
