But there are no naked poses in this project, which features 12 men lampooning their professions – including an artist, fireman, paramedicc, and even a racing driver – in recogniseable locations around the Peninsula.

In one example restaurateur Milan Nikolic is pictured in a field next to a sheep sharpening his knives, whilst celebrated artist Ross Sinclair is pictured on the beach drawing on a child’s chalk board.

Bev, who used to work with her father Graham Wilson in Alexandria, said: “We were putting a twist on what they do. It is still tasteful but hopefully people find it quirky and funny too.

“It’s all just a bit of fun but hopefully we can raise a good bit of money for the park.” The 36-year-old moved to Kilcreggan last year with husband Steve and their three children, and recently got involved in the Craigrownie Park Committee.

The group has so far banked around £60,000 of a £100,000 project target, which aims to help restore Cove Park into a community space for all.

The majority of the fundraising committee are women, and so they decided it was time for the men to take to the limelight.

Bev said: “A type of calendar girls idea was suggested, but then we decided it was the men’s turn instead and although they were up for it, we thought we would turn the idea on its head a bit.” Bev began recruiting the models at the recent ale festival, whilst helping out at the committee stall. She added: “I started talking to the men to see how many would be up for getting involved and the response was great. My husband Steve was the guinea pig for the first shoot and then we got the other 11 involved.” The A4 seized calendars are available for £7.50 and profits will go towards Craigrownie Park.
