“As a membership group we aim to do this through focusing on our people, where everyone in the destination aspires to be renowned as welcoming, friendly and truly exceptional hosts to our visitors, we want to offer truly exceptional access for visitors to explore our towns, landscapes and seascapes and provide exceptional, memorable authentic experiences at every point of the customer journey.” “We are working in partnership to do this through a variety of initiatives including the new video, supporting a new Clyde Sea Lochs Trail, a Loch Lomond cycle rack initiative, supporting the Water Bus and the Loch Lomond Food and Drink Real Ale Festival; providing learning and training opportunities to our members and developing more opportunities and projects throughout 2015.” Watch the video on the Love Loch Lomond website www.lovelochlomond.com or YouTube.
