The awards aim to recognise, promote and celebrate ‘examples of exceptional design quality’ and give developers the opportunity to have their work endorsed by planning professionals.
There are four categories; small scale residential developments; larger scale housing projects; commercial/community industrial (called non-residential) buildings; and refurbishments of existing buildings.
The 2015 awards will consider completed projects that have a Building (Scotland) Act 2003 Completion Certificate dated between January 1, 2012 and June 30, 2015.
The awards are open to anyone from community groups to developers and the deadline is Wednesday, September 30.
