Around 28 people - 10 leaders and 18 children from S1-S4 - travelled from Dumbarton to Ardoch for indoor and outdoor activities including a night activity.
And the whole weekend was completed with a Mass in thanksgiving celebrated by the visiting priest Fr Matthias.
Jackie Mackay, one of the leaders, said: “The accommodation was fantastic and the delicious food was all prepared by Ardoch. The trip was made possible by a grant of the Ardoch Foundation and the balance paid by the individuals involved.” Peter Cockill, director/estate manager of the Ardoch Management Company, said: “It is always a pleasure to host St Patrick’s. They are a great bunch of engaging young people. They seem to thrive on their weekend with us and are always appreciative. From the Ardoch Foundation’s perspective seeing young people like this makes it all worthwhile.”
