Youngsters from primary one, two, and three took to the school on Friday, December 12 to tell the traditional biblical story of Mary and Joseph, and the birth of Jesus Christ.

Primary ones performed their version of the Smallest Angel, and teachers say there wasn’t a dry eye in the room.

A teacher said: “They sang and acted beautifully and it was easy to forget that they are only four and fives years old.” Primary two performed Unfrozen, an adaptation of the popular Disney film Frozen. They all looked wonderful.

Primary three accompanied them by singing a selection of Christmas carols – including one in Spanish.

Well done to all the children and staff involved. It certainly got everyone in the school into the Christmas spirit.
