A HELENSBURGH football club has launched an appeal for old photos and match reports from days gone by as the club prepares to celebrate its 50th birthday.
Ardencaple FC are asking former players and coaches to send in any photographs and match reports from the past to celebrate the anniversary of the club's formation in 1968.
The club have formed a 50th Year Committee, who will be coming up with ideas on how to celebrate the club's 50th year in 2018.
If anyone has any photographs or match reports can they send them into the 'Ardencaple Football Club' Facebook page.
Over the coming weeks the club will be announcing events which will mark the landmark.
