RHU were knocked out of the cup by a rampant St Patrick's side on Saturday.
There was nothing much between the teams in the first half but St Pat's took control in the second and finished convincing winners.
After last week's fiery cup tie it was Rhu's turn to welcome St Pats to Ardenconnel park for the replay on Saturday in this much-anticipated derby clash.
Rhu were missing the influential Falconer and brought in Karlsen for their only change.
St Pat's had Deeley missing but brought Ruane, Galloway and Marner in to their starting line
up.
The game started much the same as the previous week with Rhu sitting back and St Pat's trying to break down the home defence.
Rhu had managed to restrict St Pat's chances in the first 20 minutes and almost went ahead themselves when Sinclair broke through but he was unable to get enough power in his shot and Connor saved easily.
No sooner had that chance been missed, St Pat's went ahead.
Adam Monaghan quickly took possession from Connor before producing a long diagonal pass to find McGrogan, who wriggled into space before giving Heron no chance to save with a low drive into the net.
St Pats got a second shortly after and there was no argument this time when Mckinnon found the net after good work by McGrogan.
Rhu were sticking to their task and with 10 minutes of the half left they pulled a goal back when Brodie rose to header home a corner from the right.
Rhu were in the match at half time but that was to change after a disastrous start to the second half when St Pats scored twice in the first five minutes to effectively kill the tie.
Rhu battled on and managed to get their second when the hard-working Sinclair curled a shot in to the corner of the net.
The home side pushed forward now but this only left space for the quality of the Saints players and they replied with another double. Before the end St Pat's added another which was harsh on Rhu who had put so much in to both ties.
Despite the scoreline, Rhu can take heart from their performances over both games against a strong St Pat's team and hopefully use it to kick start their season.
