Racketeers in great shape

HELENSBURGH Tennis Club"s junior teams have been in great form this season.

Top honours go to the girls U18 team who won every match in Division 2A without dropping a set. The team of Fiona Burnet, Anna Burnet, Lizzy Burt, Christine McKelvie, Catherine Humphreys and Heather Wylie were outstanding in their efforts.

The boys U16 team were on similar form as they won all of their matches losing only two sets throughout the season.

Niall Hope, David Reid. Liam Chambers and Robbie Singer have also earned a place in the senior men"s teams, while the U14 team with Andrew Ram, Chris Dunn and Harry Smith finished third in their division. The girls U14 team of Katrina Wylie, Emily Carroll, Rebecca Holland and Abbie Hunter had a very tough challenge this year as they were promoted to Division One.
