HELENSBURGH'S annual Christmas tree festival takes place in the town over six days next week.
More than 40 trees will be decorated by local groups, schools and organisations at the United Reformed Church in West Princes Street between Tuesday, December 12 and Sunday, December 17.
Concerts and recitals by schools, local musical groups and individuals will take place throughout the festival, and a 'prayer tree' for prayer requests will be available throughout the event
The festival is open to the public from Tuesday, December 12 to Friday, December 15 from 10am-8pm and on the Saturday and Sunday from 10am-4pm, finishing with a community carol and gift service.
Tea/coffee will be served daily.
Entry is free but all donations will be shared between the event's two charities, Helensburgh Dementia Resource Centre and Oxfam South Asia Floods Appeal.
