Taylor Wimpey is seeking permission to build four more new homes at its 'Hermitage Grange' development
HOUSING developer Taylor Wimpey West Scotland has asked Argyll and Bute Council for permission to build four additional homes on the site of the former Hermitage Academy building at the east end of Helensburgh.
The company wants to build four dwelling houses on a site on Redgauntlet Road, with the location described as “in between [the] School House and Turnbull Pavilion”.

The housing developer is already working on the construction of 95 new homes on the former Academy site, off Cardross Road, and began taking reservations on Saturday, April 7.
The new homes have asking prices of between £214,000 and £308,000.
