THE team behind a 'Making Places' project in Helensburgh will be out and about in the town on Tuesday looking for your thoughts and ideas on how to make the town even more attractive than it is at present.

The project, funded by Argyll and Bute Council and the Scottish Government, was set up to identify ways to build on the attractiveness of the town as a place to live, work and invest – and your views are vital in achieving that goal.

On Tuesday, May 22, members of the project team will be out and about with their mobile cart in Helensburgh, asking for your thoughts and ideas.

The following week, Tuesday, May 29, a Community Ideas Sharing event is being held at Helensburgh Civic Centre (Annex Room 1 in the Templeton Building).

Workshops will run from 2pm-4pm and then again from 6pm-8pm. Please attend whichever session suits you and share your ideas for Helensburgh’s future with a range of interested groups.

The Helensburgh Making Places project is joint funded by Argyll and Bute Council and the Scottish Government. The project will be economic regeneration focussed and aims to identify opportunities to build upon the attractiveness of Helensburgh as a place to live, work and invest.
