THE Lomond and Clyde Community Orchestra is looking for new members – and they're holding a rehearsal in Helensburgh this weekend to enable local musicians to find out more about joining the group.
The orchestra is rehearsing at St Michael and All Angels' Church hall in William Street on Saturday, September 1 from 10am until 12 noon.
All are welcome – there are no auditions and no minimum playing standard.
If you haven't played for a while, why not dust off your instrument and come along? Beginners are welcome too to come along and joint a friendly group of music makers.
Children and young people are welcome with a parent's consent.
