A 45-YEAR-OLD woman was found to be allegedly driving without suitable insurance or an MOT certificate for her car in Helensburgh last week.
Police had reason to stop the vehicle the woman was driving on Sinclair Street, near to Victoria Road, at about 4.20pm on Tuesday, August 28.
The vehicle was seized after enquiries showed it had not passed its MOT and the woman was allegedly not suitably insured.
A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal concerning the alleged offences.
