Trains are replaced by buses this weekend
HELENSBURGH'S train services are being replaced by buses this weekend because of engineering work.
Track and signalling works at Dalreoch mean that buses will replace trains between Helensburgh Central and Dalmuir on Saturday, October 20 and Sunday, October 21.
Buses will also replace trains all weekend between Dalmuir, Dumbarton Central and Balloch.
In addition, on the West Highland Line, trains are replaced by buses all weekend between Glasgow Queen Street and Crianlarich.
The railway is being closed to allow engineers working for Network Rail to replace the deck of a railway bridge over Bonhill Road in Dumbarton.
