HELENSBURGH police are appealing for witnesses after a man allegedly attacked a car with a hammer in broad daylight, smashing three windows.
The incident happened at around 2.30pm on Sunday, November 11 when a male approached the silver vehicle which was parked outside Tesco on Sinclair Street.
The man is described as between 35 and 40-years-old, five feet seven inches tall, stocky build wearing a camouflage bomber jacket.
