AN EVENT in Helensburgh aimed at encouraging community groups to reach out to a wider audience is being held in the town next week.
The 'Engage, Involve and Diversify' workshop, organised by the Culture, Heritage and Arts Assembly in Argyll and the Isles (CHArts), takes place at the Tower Digital Arts Centre on Sinclair Street from 10.30am-12.30pm on Tuesday, December 4.
The event is part of DING (Design Innovation for New Growth), a two-year project funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council to deliver design innovation as a strategy for growth with creative enterprise in the Highlands and Islands.
A selection of speakers from Argyll and across Scotland will share their knowledge on engaging wider audiences, involving communities and diversifying programming through collaboration and use of digital technologies.
