THE Arrochar mountain rescue team has warned walkers to be properly prepared when going out on the hills after rescuing two people on Ben Vorlich.
The team was called out at 1.30pm on Tuesday, February 5 to search for the pair after they got lost while walking on the 3,232-foot Munro above Loch Earn.
The walkers were located using the Phonefind app and two members of the rescue team walked up and escorted them back to safety.

In a statement on the rescue team's Facebook page, a spokesman said: "Please remember that at this time of year, it is still winter on the tops.
"The lost pair had been relying on a phone for navigation and had neither map nor compass.
"The casualties were very cold but otherwise unhurt. That’s what happens when you wear shorts in the winter and don’t carry spare clothes!"
