Police charged a 32-year-old man with drug possession
A DRIVER stopped by police near to the Faslane naval base last week has been charged with allegedly possessing a controlled drug.
Officers pulled the 32-year-old man over on the A814 at around 8.55pm on Thursday, February 7.
Following the stop, the male was then charged by police for the alleged crime and a report has been sent to the procurator fiscal.
