ARGYLL and Bute Council is hosting a drop-in event at Cove Burgh Hall this week as part of its review of ‘active travel’ in the area.
The authority is aiming to develop a strategy to improve provision for walking and cycling across the council area – and, on the Rosneath peninsula, to “deliver a cohesive active travel network that fully understands user needs and is of a consistent quality across the board”.
The Cove Burgh Hall session takes place between 5.15pm and 7pm on Tuesday, April 9.
There’s also an online form at SurveyMonkey which the council says will help to further inform its study: search online for ‘Argyll and Bute active travel study Rosneath’ and click on the top search result to complete the survey.
