PUPILS at Colgrain Primary School and Nursery in Helensburgh held a fun-filled ‘Plaster it Purple Day’ to raise funds for Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity - a charity very close to the hearts of the school community.

The youngsters had a ball, with outfits ranging from purple polka dots to purple princesses and, together with funds from Mrs Walker’s community coffee morning, an amazing total of £1,085.84 was raised.
