PEOPLE in Helensburgh are being urged to attend a public event showcasing potential solutions to the flooding risks facing Helensburgh.
A coastal flood study is being carried out for the stretch of shore from Craigendoran to Helensburgh Sailing Club, plus a section opposite the post office in Rhu.
The study looks at the current and future coastal flood risks in the area, and has identified a short list of options to alleviate this.
A public event will be held between 2pm and 8pm on Tuesday, April 30 at the Helensburgh Civic Centre, where members of the public can come and examine the study results and comment on the possible solutions.
