SCORCHING sunshine drew in the visitors to Ardardan Estate over the weekend as hundreds of children flocked to the garden wonderland to celebrate Easter.
More than 350 youngsters took part in the popular annual Easter egg hunt around the woodland in Cardross and there were plenty of other exciting activities for families to enjoy over Saturday and Sunday.

With a marquee, giant bouncy castle and arts and crafts activities on offer, there was no shortage of Easter-themed entertainment and the weekend set the tone for what is expected to be an extremely busy summer season ahead.
Events organiser and general manager Hannah Maclachlan said: “The good weather really helped as it was definitely on our side.

“We had lots of people staying for a long day out and we had a higher number of visitors than last year which was good to see.
“It was nice to have so many families with us and we’re looking forward to the summer now.”
