COMIC book fans will get their daily dose of fantasy this weekend as a popular event returns to the banks of Loch Lomond.
The Comic Con, held at Loch Lomond Shores, drew in thousands of superhero enthusiasts during previous visits and proved a huge success in its debut appearance in Helensburgh last October.
Young Marvel and DC fanatics can don their best costumes for the showpiece on Saturday and Sunday, May 18 and 19, as they get the chance to meet talented artists who help put together their favourite tales, as well as come face-to-face with some iconic characters.

Tickets are free, with a maximum of four per person. They can be booked in advance from bigglasgowcomicpage.com.
The event runs from 11am - 5pm across both days.
