A DRIVER was allegedly found to be driving while over the limit in Helensburgh.
Officers observed the orange Peugeot being driven on West Montrose Street at 7.40pm on June 3, and stopped it to ensure everything was in order.
A smell of alcohol is said to have been obvious within the vehicle, and upon being asked to take a breath test, the driver allegedly failed.

He was held in custody to appear in court in connection with the alleged offence.
