EIGHT-PUPIL Luss Primary School took the top two prizes in the junior section of Helensburgh Rotary Club’s annual Young Photographer competition for 2018-19.
President Mike Jane travelled to the little Loch Lomondside village school this morning to present the gold medal to winner Aaron McIlree and the silver medal to runner-up Aaron Hamilton.
Head teacher Marianne Docherty and her other pupils looked on proudly as the two Aarons received the engraved medals and certificates.

“It was a remarkable achievement for such a small school to do so well,” the club president said.
