A TRIBUTE to one of pop music’s greatest super-groups is coming to Helensburgh for a live gig later this summer.
The Travelling Wilburys featured George Harrison, Roy Orbison, Tom Petty, Bob Dylan and Jeff Lynne and completed two albums in the late 1980s – Volumes One and Three – though the latter was recorded after Orbison’s death in 1988.
The tribute group, the Unravelling Wilburys, will play live at the Tower Digital Arts Centre on Thursday, August 22, at 8pm.
