POLICE arrested an alleged drink driver in Helensburgh at the weekend.
A 25-year-old man was allegedly traced driving along East Clyde Street shortly before 1am on Sunday, July 7 whilst under the influence of alcohol.
Officers say the man refused to provide a breath sample after being pulled over by police.

He is also alleged to have been found in possession of controlled drugs.
The man, from Bearsden, was arrested and held in custody to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court at a later date.
A report has been sent to the procurator fiscal.
